Syntropy is a captivating work of art that is both chaotic and orderly at the same time. It is a statement about how the universe operates in a state of disorder and chaos, yet somehow still manages to remain balanced. This artwork is currently on display at Forrester Gallery Oamaru as part of the exhibition ‘Disorderly Order’, and is sure to draw your eye with its creative use of fabrics, collage, acrylic and oil/colwax.
The work has been finished to a high standard with satin varnish for protection. No special attention is required - perhaps a wipe with a dry lint free cloth now and then if dust becomes a problem. As the work is mainly made from oil and coldwax, it will not fade in direct sun.
