​Behind the Studio Door offers a rare opportunity to visit the working studio of contemporary New Zealand artist, Beth Strickland. Explore the creative process & experience the landscapes and stories that inspire her work.

You could be an art lover, a curious traveller, a creative spirit, or simply looking for a meaningful experience during your visit to the Waitaki region. This intimate small-group experience invites you behind the scenes of a professional artistic practice, to learn and connect.

Spend time inside the studio, ask questions, hear the stories behind the artworks, create your own piece to take home and discover the unique character of one of New Zealand's most inspiring regions.
