  • Do you have a returns policy?

  • Do you sell online and where do you deliver?
    Yes - prints are available in a few sizes - unframed or framed professionally in black, white or natural colours. Just go to https://www.bethsart.shop/store. The prices and images are all there once you work through the options. Shipping is available world-wide.
  • Where can I buy original artwork?
    If my work is with a gallery - I can direct you there. Otherwise, you can contact me directly. There are a few options to reduce the risk for you. You can send me an image of your wall space and I can email a virtual image showing exactly how the art will look in your space. You can also purchase the original artwork with a 30 day trial (T&C apply). For commissions - please refer to that question.
  • What are the payment options?
    For prints you can pay online by debit or credit card with a secure payment system. For originals, payment is required before shipping (which we will provide a quote for international deliveries). This is also done with a secure payment system. If you are interested in split payments using a third party eg AfterPay - please get in touch.
  • Do you do Commissions?
    Currently I am not doing commissions. But I can in the future. I love to be very transparent about costs and the way it works. To be clear, I work in a very responsive way - so I don't plan and sketch and know the outcome before I start. So if you are open to that, after a broad discussion about what you are after, then we could work together. We get things in writing so both parties are clear on the outcomes.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
