Do you have a returns policy?Yes, I sure do. In general, you can return an artwork if it is damaged or deficient in anyway. You can't return simply because you have changed your mind. We do our best to show images as colours are in real life - but this isn't always possible - as colours vary with your device. We can talk anytime if you are unhappy for any reason. I'll do everything possible to resolve your issue.

Do you sell online and where do you deliver?Selected prints are available in a few sizes - unframed or framed professionally in black, white or natural colours. I will provide links soon from where you can easily obtain them. In the meantime just message me for info. Shipping is available world-wide. For originals, see below.

How can I purchase original artwork?If my artwork is displayed in a gallery, I can direct you there. Otherwise, you can contact me directly. To help you visualize, you can send me an image of your wall space, and I will email you a virtual image showing how the art will look in your space. Additionally, you can purchase original artwork with a 30-day trial period (T&C apply). For information on commissions, please refer to the relevant FAQ.

What are the payment options?For prints you can pay online by debit or credit card with a secure payment system. For originals, payment is required before shipping (which we will provide a quote for international deliveries). This is also done with a secure payment system. If you are interested in split payments - please get in touch.

Do you accept commission work?At the moment, I am not accepting commissions. However, I may do so in the future. I believe in being very transparent about costs and the process. My approach is very responsive, meaning I don't plan and sketch out the outcome before I start. If you are open to this, we can have a broad discussion about your requirements and work together. We will document everything in writing to ensure clarity for both parties. For more information, please send me an email.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
